  • Rosato (Ro): Minimum 35% Merlot; minimum 35% Sangiovese; minimum 30% OARG
RED WINES
  • Rosso (Rd): Minimum 35% Merlot; minimum 35% Sangiovese; minimum 30% OARG
  • Cabernet Sauvignon (Rd): Minimum 85% Cabernet Sauvignon + OARG

  • Aging: For Superiore, minimum 18 months, including 12 months in barrel (ERD = May 1, V+2)
