RED WINES
- Rosso (Rd): Minimum 85% Cabernet Sauvignon and/or Merlot + OANRG
- Cabernet Sauvignon (Rd): Minimum 85% Cabernet Sauvignon + OANRG
- Merlot (Rd): Minimum 85% Merlot + OANRG
- Sangiovese (Rd): Minimum 85% Sangiovese + OANRG
- Riserva (Rosso, varietals)
Significant Production Rules
- Minimum alcohol level: 12.5% for Rosso and varietals; 13.0% for Riserva
- Aging: For Rosso and varietals, minimum approx. 19 months (ERD = June 1, V+2); for Riserva, minimum approx. 26 months, including 18 months in barrel and 6 months in bottle (ERD = January 1, V+3)
