- Passito (WhSw): 92–95% Malvasia; 5–8% Corinto Nero
- Liquoroso (WhFoSw): 92–95% Malvasia; 5–8% Corinto Nero
Significant Production Rules
- Minimum alcohol level: 8.0% for Bianco (11.5% potential); approx. 15% for Passito (18.0% potential); 16.0% for Liquoroso (20.0% potential)
- Residual sugar: Minimum 60 g/l (6.0%) for Passito and Liquoroso
- Aging: For Passito, minimum approx. 4–6 months (ERD = June 1, V+1); for Liquoroso, minimum 6 months after fortification (ERD approx. May 1, V+1)
