WHITE WINES
- Bianco (Wh): Maximum 60% Chardonnay and/or Trebbiano (di Soave, Giallo, and/or Toscano); maximum 40% Garganega; maximum 20% OAG (maximum 5% aromatic grape varieties)
- Riserva (Bianco)
ROSATO WINES
- Chiaretto (Ro): Maximum 85% Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Carmenère, Merlot, and/or Rondinella + OANRG
RED WINES
- Rosso (Rd): Maximum 85% Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Carmenère, Merlot, and/or Rondinella + OANRG
- Superiore or “Rubino” (Rosso)

Significant Production Rules
- Grapes for Superiore and Passito may be dried on or off the vine, and fermentation does not need to be completed until June 30, V+1
- Minimum alcohol level: 11.0% for Passito (13.0% potential); 11.5% for Bianco, Chiaretto, and Rosso; 11.5% for Vendemmia Tardiva (13.0% potential); 12.0% for Bianco Riserva; 12.5% for Rosso Riserva and Superiore
- Aging: For Bianco Riserva, minimum 1 year (ERD = November 1, V+1); for Rosso Riserva, minimum 2 years, including 6 months in bottle (ERD = November 1, V+2)
