WHITE WINES
- Bianco (Wh, WhFr): Minimum 55% Trebbiano Toscano; maximum 30% Chardonnay; maximum 30% Malvasia; maximum 15% OAWG
- Trebbiano (Wh): Minimum 85% Trebbiano + OAG
ROSATO WINES
- Rosato (Ro, RoFr): Minimum 55% Merlot; maximum 30% Cabernet Sauvignon; maximum 30% Sangiovese; maximum 15% OARG
RED WINES
- Rosso (Rd, RdFr): Minimum 55% Merlot; maximum 30% Cabernet Sauvignon; maximum 30% Sangiovese; maximum 15% OARG
- Merlot (Rd): Minimum 85% Merlot + OAG
- Sangiovese (Rd): Minimum 85% Sangiovese + OAG

Significant Production Rules
- Minimum alcohol level: 11.0% for Bianco, Rosato, and Novello; 11.5% for varietals and Spumante; 12.0% for Rosso; 12.5% for Riserva
- Aging: For Riserva, minimum 2 years, including 6 months in barrel (ERD = November 1, V+2)
