- Superiore (Bianco)

- Maximum vineyard elevation: 480 m (1,575 ft)
- Minimum alcohol level: 11.0% for Bianco; 12.0% for Superiore
- Residual sugar: Maximum 4 g/l (0.4%) for dry versions
