WHITE WINES
- Bianco (Wh): Minimum 60% Chardonnay, Grechetto, Sauvignon Blanc, and/or Vermentino + OAWG

- Grechetto (Wh): Minimum 85% Grechetto + OAWG
- Sauvignon (Wh): Minimum 85% Sauvignon Blanc + OAWG

Significant Production Rules
- Maximum vineyard elevation: 600 m (1,970 ft)
- Grapes for Vendemmia Tardiva and Passito must be dried to achieve a minimum potential alcohol level of 15.0% and 16.0%, respectively
- Minimum alcohol level: 10.0% for Vendemmia Tardiva and Passito (15.0% potential); 11.0% for Passito Riserva (16.0% potential); 12.0% for Bianco and white varietals; 12.5% for white riservas, Rosso, and red varietals; 13.0% for red riservas
- Aging: For Vendemmia Tardiva and Passito, minimum approx. 1–3 months (ERD = January 1, V+1); for Rosso, minimum approx. 10 months (ERD = September 1, V+1); for white riservas, minimum approx. 1 year (ERD = September 30, V+1); for red riservas, minimum approx. 22 months, including 12 months in barrel (ERD = September 1, V+2); for Passito Riserva, minimum 2 years, including 3 months in bottle (ERD = December 15, V+2)
