WHITE WINES
- Bianco (Wh): 50–60% Chardonnay; 40–50% Bombino Bianco, Pinot Bianco, Sauvignon Blanc, and/or Trebbiano
- Chardonnay (Wh): 100% Chardonnay
- Trebbiano (Wh): Minimum 85% Trebbiano + OANWG
- Riserva (Chardonnay)
RED WINES
- Rosso (Rd): 50–60% Cabernet Sauvignon; 40–50% Barbera, Merlot, Montepulciano, and/or Sangiovese
- Cabernet Sauvignon (Rd): Minimum 85% Cabernet Sauvignon + OARG
- Sangiovese (Rd): 100% Sangiovese
- Riserva (Rosso, red varietals)
Significant Production Rules
- Blending (assemblage) must take place by April 30, V+1
- Minimum alcohol level: 11.0% for Bianco; 11.5% for white varietals; 12.0% for Rosso, red varietals, and Chardonnay Riserva; 12.5% for red riservas
- Aging: For Rosso and red varietals, minimum approx. 6 months (ERD = April 30, V+1); for Chardonnay Riserva, minimum 15 months (ERD = February 1, V+2); for red riservas, minimum 24 months (ERD = November 1, V+2)
