Significant Production Rules:
  • Minimum alcohol level: 8.0% for Bianco (11.5% potential); approx. 15% for Passito (18.0% potential); 16.0% for Liquoroso (20.0% potential)
  • Residual sugar: Minimum 60 g/l (6.0%) for Passito and Liquoroso
  • Aging: For Passito, minimum approx. 4–6 months (ERD = June 1, V+1); for Liquoroso, minimum 6 months after fortification (ERD approx. May 1, V+1)
