- Bianco (Wh, WhSw): Minimum 95% Nasco + OAG
DESSERT AND SPECIALTY WINES
- Liquoroso (WhFo, WhFoSw): Minimum 95% Nasco + OAG
- Riserva (Liquoroso)
Significant Production Rules
- Maximum vineyard elevation: 400 m (1,310 ft)
- Minimum alcohol level: 13.5% potential for Bianco; 17.5% potential for Liquoroso and Riserva
- Aging: For Bianco and Liquoroso, minimum approx. 6–8 months (ERD = July 1, V+1); for Riserva, minimum 2 years after fortification, including 1 year in barrel (ERD approx. December 1, V+2)
