Significant Production Rules
- Minimum alcohol level: 4.5% for Bianco tranquillo (10.5% potential); 7.0% for Bianco frizzante (10.5% potential); 11.5% for Passito (15.0% potential)
- Residual sugar: Minimum 2.6% potential alcohol (approx. 46 g/l or 4.6% residual sugar) for Bianco; minimum 3.5% potential alcohol (approx. 60 g/l or 6.0% residual sugar) for Vendemmia Tardiva
- Aging: For Vendemmia Tardiva, minimum 1 year (ERD = January 1, V+2)
