Significant Production Rules
- Grapes cannot be harvested until after September 20
- Grapes must be dried on or off the vine and must be affected by botrytis
- Minimum alcohol level: 11.0% (15.5% potential)
- Residual sugar: Minimum 50 g/l (5.0%)
- Aging: Minimum 2 years, including 6 months in barrel (ERD = January 1, V+2)
