Styles and Wine Composition

  • Bianco (Wh, WhFr, WhSw, WhFrSw): Any proportions of Ansonica (locally Inzolia), Catarratto, Chardonnay, and/or Trebbiano
  • Ansonica or Inzolia (Wh, WhFr, WhSw, WhFrSw): Minimum 85% Ansonica + OAWG
  • Chardonnay (Wh, WhFr, WhSw, WhFrSw): Minimum 85% Chardonnay + OAWG
  • Dual varietals (Wh, WhFr, WhSw, WhFrSw): 50–85% of Ansonica or Chardonnay; 15–50% of other variety
  • Rosato (Ro, RoFr, RoSw, RoFrSw): Any proportions of Ansonica, Cabernet Sauvignon, Catarratto, Chardonnay, Nerello Mascalese, Nero d’Avola, Perricone, and/or Trebbiano
  • Varietals (Ro, RoFr, RoSw, RoFrSw): Minimum 85% of any one of the allowed red grape varieties + OARG
  • Dual varietals (Ro, RoFr, RoSw, RoFrSw): 50–85% Ansonica, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, or Nero d’Avola; 15–50% of other variety
