Styles and Wine Composition
WHITE WINES
- Bianco (Wh, WhFr, WhSw, WhFrSw): Any proportions of Ansonica (locally Inzolia), Catarratto, Chardonnay, and/or Trebbiano
- Ansonica or Inzolia (Wh, WhFr, WhSw, WhFrSw): Minimum 85% Ansonica + OAWG
- Chardonnay (Wh, WhFr, WhSw, WhFrSw): Minimum 85% Chardonnay + OAWG
- Dual varietals (Wh, WhFr, WhSw, WhFrSw): 50–85% of Ansonica or Chardonnay; 15–50% of other variety
ROSATO WINES
- Rosato (Ro, RoFr, RoSw, RoFrSw): Any proportions of Ansonica, Cabernet Sauvignon, Catarratto, Chardonnay, Nerello Mascalese, Nero d’Avola, Perricone, and/or Trebbiano
- Varietals (Ro, RoFr, RoSw, RoFrSw): Minimum 85% of any one of the allowed red grape varieties + OARG
- Dual varietals (Ro, RoFr, RoSw, RoFrSw): 50–85% Ansonica, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, or Nero d’Avola; 15–50% of other variety

- Cabernet Sauvignon (Rd): Minimum 85% Cabernet Sauvignon + OARG
- Nero d’Avola (Rd, RdFr, RdSw, RdFrSw): Minimum 85% Nero d’Avola + OARG
- Dual varietals (Rd, RdFr, RdSw, RdFrSw): 50–85% of Cabernet Sauvignon or Nero d’Avola; 15–50% of other variety
