- Bianco (Wh): 50–70% Trebbiano Toscano; 30–50% OAWG
ROSATO WINES
- Rosato (Ro): 50–60% Primitivo; 40–50% Malvasia Nera, Montepulciano, Negroamaro, and/or Sangiovese (maximum 10% Malvasia Nera)
RED WINES
- Rosso (Rd): 50–60% Primitivo; 40–50% Malvasia Nera, Montepulciano, Negroamaro, and/or Sangiovese (maximum 10% Malvasia Nera)
- Primitivo (Rd): 100% Primitivo
- Riserva (Primitivo)
DESSERT AND SPECIALTY WINES
- Aleatico Dolce (RdSw): Minimum 85% Aleatico; maximum 15% Malvasia Nera, Negroamaro, and/or Primitivo
- Aleatico Liquoroso Dolce (RdFoSw): Minimum 85% Aleatico; maximum 15% Malvasia Nera, Negroamaro, and/or Primitivo

- Minimum alcohol level: 10.5% for Bianco; 11.0% for Rosato; 11.5% for Rosso; 13.0% for Primitivo; 13.0% for Aleatico Dolce (15.0% potential); 14.0% for Primitivo Riserva; 16.0% for Aleatico Liquoroso Dolce (18.5% potential)
- Residual sugar: Maximum 10 g/l (1.0%) for Primitivo
- Aging: For Aleatico, minimum approx. 4 months (ERD = March 1, V+1); for Primitivo Riserva, minimum 2 years (ERD = November 1, V+2); for Aleatico Riserva, minimum 2 years, including 1 year in barrel (ERD = November 1, V+2)
