Significant Production Rules
- After harvest, grapes must be air-dried for at least 10 days to achieve a minimum sugar content of 300 g/l (30%)
- Minimum alcohol level: 12.0% (19.0% potential)
- Aging: Minimum approx. 4–5 months (ERD = March 1, V+1)
