WHITE WINES
- Bianco (Wh, WhFr): Minimum 60% Trebbiano (di Soave, di Lugana, and/or Toscano) + OANWG
- Trebbiano (Wh, WhFr): Minimum 85% Trebbiano + OANWG
- Superiore (Bianco)
RED WINES
- Rosso (Rd): Minimum 40% Marzemino (locally Berzamino); minimum 20% Merlot; minimum 10% Sangiovese; maximum 10% OARG
- Marzemino (Rd): 100% Marzemino
- Novello (Rosso)
- Riserva (Rosso)
Significant Production Rules
- 60% of grapes for Novello must undergo carbonic maceration
- Minimum alcohol level: 11.0% for Bianco, Trebbiano, Rosso, and Novello; 11.5% for Marzemino; 12.0% for Superiore and Riserva
- Aging: For Superiore, minimum 12 months in barrel (ERD = October 1, V+1); for Riserva, minimum 2 years (ERD = November 1, V+2)
