- Canelli (WhFrSw): 100% Moscato Bianco
- Riserva (Canelli)
Significant Production Rules
- Vineyard elevation: Minimum 165 m (540 ft); maximum 500 m (1,635 ft)
- Grapes must be hand harvested
- Cannot exceed 2.5 atmospheres of pressure
- Alcohol level: 4.5–6.5% (minimum 12.0% potential)
- Aging: For Riserva, minimum 30 months, including 20 months in bottle (ERD = April 1, V+3)
