RED WINES
- Rosso (Rd): Minimum 90% Gamba Rossa + OANRG
- Passarà (Rd): Minimum 90% Gamba Rossa + OANRG
- Riserva (Rosso)
Significant Production Rules
- Vineyard elevation: Minimum 150 m (490 ft); maximum 450 m (1,475 ft)
- Grapes for Passarà must be dried on or off the vine to achieve a minimum potential alcohol level of 13.5% and cannot be pressed before December 15
- Minimum alcohol level: 11.5% for Rosso; 12.0% for Rosso with vineyard designation and for Riserva; 14.0% for Passarà
- Aging: For Rosso, minimum 20 months (ERD = July 1, V+2); for Rosso with vineyard designation and for Riserva, minimum 30 months (ERD = June 1, V+3)
