Principal Red Grape Varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon
Styles and Wine Composition:
  • Rosso (Rd): Minimum 80% Cabernet Sauvignon + OARG

Significant Production Rules:
  • Minimum alcohol level: 12.0%
  • Aging: Minimum 2 years, including 18 months in barrel (ERD = January 1, V+2)
