WHITE WINES
- Bianco (Wh, WhFr, WhFrSw): Minimum 50% Garganega + OAWG
- Chardonnay (Wh, WhFr): Minimum 85% Chardonnay + OAWG
- Garganega (Wh): Minimum 85% Garganega + OAWG
- Pinot Grigio (Wh): Minimum 85% Pinot Grigio + OAWG
- Superiore (Pinot Grigio)
ROSATO WINES
- Rosato (Ro, RoFr, RoFrSw): Minimum 50% Merlot + OANRG
- Pinot Grigio Rosato or Ramato or Rosè or Rosa or Blush (Ro): Minimum 85% Pinot Grigio + OAWG

Significant Production Rules
- After harvest, grapes for Nero must be dried for a minimum of 30 days, and grapes for Passito must be dried for a minimum of 2 months
- Minimum alcohol level: 10.5% for Bianco, Chardonnay frizzante, and Rosato; 11.0% for Chardonnay tranquillo, Garganega, Pinot Grigio, Rosso, and Spumante; 11.5% for Superiore and Merlot; 12.0% for Riserva; 12.5% potential for Vendemmia Tardiva; 13.5% for Nero; 14.5% potential for Passito
- Residual sugar: Spumante can range from extra brut to dolce
- Aging: For Nero and Passito, minimum approx. 1 year, including 3 months in barrel (ERD = November 1, V+1); for Riserva, minimum 2 years (ERD = November 1, V+2)
