WHITE WINES
- Sémillon (Wh): Minimum 85% Sémillon + OAWG
RED WINES
- Rosso (Rd): Minimum 50% Cabernet Sauvignon; minimum 10% Cabernet Franc; minimum 10% Merlot; minimum 10% Syrah; maximum 20% OANRG
- Cabernet (Rd): Minimum 85% Cabernet Franc and/or Cabernet Sauvignon + OARG
- Riserva (Rosso, Cabernet)
Significant Production Rules
- Vineyard elevation: Minimum 75 m (245 ft); maximum 600 m (1,970 ft)
- Minimum alcohol level: 11.0% for Sémillon; 12.0% for Rosso and Cabernet; 12.0% for Riserva
- Aging: For Riserva, minimum 2 years, including 6 months in barrel (ERD = November 1, V+2)
