WHITE WINES
- Bianco (Wh): 50–70% Trebbiano; minimum 10% Grechetto; maximum 40% OAWG
- Grechetto (Wh): Minimum 85% Grechetto + OAWG
ROSATO WINES
- Rosato (Ro): 50–70% Sangiovese; 10–30% Merlot; maximum 40% OARG
RED WINES
- Rosso (Rd): 50–70% Sangiovese; 10–30% Merlot; maximum 40% OARG
- Cabernet Sauvignon (Rd): Minimum 85% Cabernet Sauvignon + OARG
- Merlot (Rd): Minimum 85% Merlot + OARG
- Pinot Nero (Rd): Minimum 85% Pinot Nero + OARG
- Novello (Rosso)
- Riserva (Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Pinot Nero)
Significant Production Rules
- Vineyard elevation: Minimum 180 m (590 ft); maximum 750 m (2,460 ft)
- Minimum alcohol level: 11.0% for Bianco, Rosato, and Novello; 11.5% for Grechetto; 12.0% for Rosso; 12.5% for red varietals; 13.0% for Riserva
- Aging: For Riserva, minimum 24 months, including 12 months in barrel and 3 months in bottle (ERD = November 1, V+2)
