  • Rosso (Rd): Minimum 35% Bovale Sardo; 20–35% Cannonau; 20–35% Monica; maximum 10% OAG
  • Superiore (Rosso)

Significant Production Rules:
  • Maximum vineyard elevation: 750 m (2,460 ft)
  • Minimum alcohol level: 11.5% for Rosato and Rosso; 12.5% for Superiore
  • Aging: For Superiore, minimum 2 years, including 1 year in barrel (ERD = November 1, V+2)
