When you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, sign up for Italian Wine Central’s newsletter list, or register for an event or course through Italian Wine Central, we collect certain information from you, including as appropriate your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, and phone number. Additionally, when you take a course or exam from Italian Wine Central, whether directly or through another educational partner, we store data about course progress, completion status, quiz and exam scores, presentations or other submissions, and comments you post on the Site. We refer to this information as “Student Information.”
When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking about Device Information, Order Information, and Student Information.
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including creating your user account on the Site, arranging for online access and/or shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).
