- Riserva (Rosso)
Significant Production Rules
- Minimum alcohol level: 12.0% for Rosso; 12.5% for Riserva
- Aging: For Rosso, minimum 3 years, including 1 year in barrel (ERD = December 1, V+3); for Riserva, minimum 4 years, including 18 months in barrel (ERD = December 1, V+4)
