  • Minimum alcohol level: 11.0% for Bianco; 11.5% for Bianco from subzone Mogoro and Spumante; 13.0% for Superiore; 13.0% for Passito (15.0% potential)
  • Residual sugar: Maximum 4 g/l (0.4%) for Bianco and Superiore; minimum 35 g/l (3.5%) for Passito; Spumante can range from dry to dolce
  • Aging: No minimums specified
