- Novello (Rosso)

SPARKLING WINES
- Spumante Rosato or Rosé (RoSp, RoSpSw): Minimum 60% Aleatico + OARG
- Spumante (RdSp, RdSpSw): Minimum 85% Aleatico + OARG
DESSERT AND SPECIALTY WINES
- Passito (Rd, RdSw): Minimum 85% Aleatico + OARG
Significant Production Rules
- Vineyard elevation: Minimum 150 m (490 ft); maximum 600 m (1,970 ft)
- Grapes for Passito must be dried naturally to achieve a minimum sugar level of 26.0% (260 g/l) and must be pressed by March 31, V+1
- Minimum alcohol level: 11.0% for Rosato, Rosso, Aleatico, Novello, and Spumante Rosato; 12.0% for Superiore and Riserva; 12.0% for Passito (15.0% potential)
- Residual sugar: Spumante wines can be at any sweetness level, from brut nature (zero dosage) to dolce
- Aging: For Passito, minimum approx. 7–9 months (ERD = November 1, V+1); for Riserva, minimum 2 years, including 2 months in bottle (ERD = November 1, V+2)
