- Liquoroso (WhFoSw): Minimum 85% Moscato Bianco; maximum 15% other aromatic white grapes
Significant Production Rules
- Minimum alcohol level: Approx. 10.0% for Dolce Naturale (12.5% potential); 16.0% for Liquoroso (18.0% potential)
- Residual sugar: Minimum 2.0% potential alcohol (approx. 35 g/l or 3.5% residual sugar)
- Aging: For Dolce Naturale, minimum approx. 6 months (ERD = March 1, V+1); for Liquoroso, minimum approx. 5–7 months (ERD = June 1, V+1)
