- Rosato (Ro, RoFr): Any proportions of red grape varieties approved for the region of Molise
- Varietals (Ro, RoFr): Minimum 85% of any one of the allowed red grape varieties + OARG
RED WINES
- Rosso (Rd, RdFr): Any proportions of red grape varieties approved for the region of Molise
- Varietals (Rd, RdFr): Minimum 85% any one of the allowed red grape varieties + OARG
- Novello (Rosso, red varietals)
DESSERT AND SPECIALTY WINES
- Passito (WhSw): Same as Bianco or white varietals

- Zone of production: Entire province of Isernia
- Aromatic grapes for Passito may be dried slightly on or off the vine
- Minimum alcohol level: 10.0% for most wines; 10.5% for varietal Rosato (tranquillo and frizzante) and varietal Rosso tranquillo; 11.0% for Novello; 14.0% potential for Passito
