WHITE WINES
- Bianco (Wh, WhFr, WhSw, WhFrSw): Any proportions of white grape varieties approved for the region of Puglia
- Varietals (Wh, WhFr, WhSw, WhFrSw): Minimum 85% Asprinio, Bianco di Alessano, Biancolella, Bombino Bianco, Chardonnay, Coda di Volpe, Falanghina, Fiano, Francavilla, Greco, Impigno, Lambrusco Maestri (vinified as a white wine), Malvasia (Bianca, Bianca di Candia), Manzoni Bianco, Montonico, Moscatello Selvatico, Moscato, Negroamaro (vinified as a white wine), Pampanuto, Pinot Bianco, Pinot Grigio, Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon, Sylvaner Verde, Trebbiano, Verdeca, Verdicchio, Vermentino, or Welschriesling + OAWG

- Zone of production: Entire region of Puglia
- Minimum alcohol level: 9.5% for all frizzante and spumante wines; 10.0% for Bianco tranquillo, Rosato tranquillo, and Rosato Novello; 10.5% for Rosso tranquillo; 11.0% for Rosso Novello and all varietal Novello; 11.0% for da Uve Stramature and Passito (15.0% potential)
