- Zone of production: Numerous communes in the province of Salerno
- Minimum alcohol level: 10.0% for Bianco normale; 10.5% for Rosso, all frizzante wines, and all sweet (amabile) versions of non-dessert wines; 11.0% for Rosato normale and Novello; 15.0% potential for Passito
