WHITE WINES
- Bianco (Wh, WhFr, WhFrSw): Any proportions of white grape varieties approved for the province of Foggia
- Varietals (Wh, WhFr, WhFrSw): Minimum 85% Bianco di Alessano, Biancolella, Bombino Bianco, Chardonnay, Coda di Volpe, Falanghina, Fiano, Greco, Lambrusco Maestri (vinified as a white wine), Malvasia, Manzoni Bianco, Montonico Bianco, Moscatello Selvatico, Moscato, Pampanuto, Pinot Bianco, Pinot Grigio, Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon, Sylvaner Verde, Trebbiano, Verdeca, Verdicchio, Vermentino, or Welschriesling + OAWG

Significant Production Rules
- Zone of production: Entire province of Foggia and the communes of Margherita di Savoia, San Ferdinando di Puglia, and Trinitapoli in the province of Barletta-Andria-Trani
- Minimum alcohol level: 9.5% for all frizzante and spumante wines (10.0% potential for Rosso frizzante); 10.5% for Bianco tranquillo; 11.0% for Rosato tranquillo, Rosso tranquillo, and Novello; 11.0% for Vendemmia Tardiva and Passito (15.0% potential)
