- Varietals (Wh, WhFr): Minimum 85% Chardonnay, Garganega, Pinot Bianco, Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc, or Pinot Nero (vinified as a white wine) + OANG
- Riesling (Wh, WhFr): Minimum 85% Riesling and/or Welschriesling + OANG
ROSATO WINES
- Rosato (Ro, RoFr): Any proportions of red grape varieties approved for the region of Lombardia

- Zone of production: Hilly parts of the communes of Castiglione delle Stiviere Cavriana, Gonzaga Solferino, Monzambano, and Ponti sul Mincio in the province of Mantova
- Minimum alcohol level: 10.0% for Bianco, Rosato, and Rosso; 11.0% for Novello; 12.0% potential for Passito
