WHITE WINES
- Bianco (Wh, WhFr): Minimum 50% Verdicchio + OAWG
RED WINES
- Rosso (Rd): Minimum 60% Montepulciano and/or Sangiovese + OARG
- Novello (Rosso)
Significant Production Rules
- Minimum alcohol level: 9.5% for Bianco frizzante; 10.5% for Bianco tranquillo and Rosso; 11.0% for Novello
- Residual sugar: Maximum 10 g/l (1.0%) for Novello
- Aging: No minimums specified
