  • Cari (RdSw): Minimum 85% Pelaverga (locally Cari) + OARG
  • Malvasia (RdSw): Minimum 85% Malvasia (di Schierano, Nera Lunga) + OARG
  • Novello (Rosso)

  • Minimum vineyard elevation: 180 m (590 ft)
  • Minimum alcohol level: 5.0% for Pelaverga (10.0% potential); 5.5% for Malvasia (10.0% potential); 10.5% for Rosso, Barbera, and Bonarda; 11.0% for Novello
