- Rosso (Rd): Minimum 90% Gaglioppo; maximum 10% Greco Nero and/or Magliocco
Significant Production Rules
- Minimum alcohol level: 13.0%
- Aging: Minimum 3 years, including 6 months in barrel (ERD = January 1, V+3)
