Significant Production Rules
- Grapes for Sciacchetrà must be air-dried to achieve a minimum alcohol level of 19.0% and cannot be pressed until October 1, V
- Minimum alcohol level: 11.0% for Bianco; 11.5% for subzones; 11.5% for Sciacchetrà (19.0% potential); 11.5% for Sciacchetrà Riserva (20.0% potential)
- Aging: For Sciacchetrà, minimum 1 year (ERD = October 1, V+1); for Riserva, minimum 3 years (ERD = October 1, V+3)
