- Rosato (Ro): Minimum 85% Montepulciano + OANRG
- Superiore (Rosato from a subzone): Minimum 90% Montepulciano + OANRG

Significant Production Rules
- Maximum vineyard elevation: 600 m (1,970 ft), except up to 700 m (2,300 ft) for south-facing vineyards
- Minimum alcohol level: 12.0% for Rosato; 12.5% for Superiore
- Aging: For Rosato, minimum approx. 2 months (ERD = December 1, V); for Superiore, minimum 5 months (ERD = April 1, V+1)
