  • Bianco (Wh): Minimum 50% Bellone; minimum 20% Malvasia; minimum 15% Greco; maximum 15% OAWG
  • Bellone (Wh): Minimum 85% Bellone + OAWG
RED WINES
  • Rosso (Rd): Minimum 50% Nero Buono; minimum 20% Montepulciano; minimum 15% Cesanese; maximum 15% OARG
  • Nero Buono (Rd): Minimum 85% Nero Buono + OARG
  • Riserva (Nero Buono)

Significant Production Rules

  • Minimum alcohol level: 11.0% for Bianco; 11.5% for Rosso; 12.0% for varietals; 13.0% for Riserva
  • Aging: For Riserva, minimum 2 years (ERD = November 1, V+2)
