13.0% for Dolce Naturale (15.0% potential); 16.0% for Liquoroso (18.5% potential)
Aging:
For Dolce Naturale and Liquoroso, minimum approx. 3–4 months (ERD = March 1, V+1); for Riserva, minimum 3 years (ERD = January 1, V+4)
