- Rosato (Ro): Minimum 85% Nebbiolo, maximum 15% Barbera, Bonarda, and/or Freisa
RED WINES
- Rosso (Rd): Minimum 85% Nebbiolo, maximum 15% Barbera, Bonarda, and/or Freisa
- Superiore (Rosso)
Significant Production Rules
- Minimum alcohol level: 11.0% for Rosato; 11.5% for Rosso and Superiore
- Aging: For Superiore, minimum 1 year, including 6 months in barrel (ERD = January 1, V+2)
