RED WINES
- Rosso (Rd): Minimum 85% Sangiovese (locally Morellino) + OANRG
- Riserva (Rosso)
Significant Production Rules
- Minimum alcohol level: 12.5% for Rosso; 13.0% for Riserva
- Aging: For Rosso, minimum approx. 4–5 months (ERD = March 1, V+1); for Riserva, minimum 2 years, including 1 year in barrel (ERD = January 1, V+3)
