Refund Policy

Purchases of online courses are refundable until (1) the student progresses past the opening page of the online course or (2) 30 days have passed since the purchase, whichever comes first. Upon request by the student or the person who paid for the course, Italian Wine Central will promptly initiate a refund. The amount paid to Italian Wine Central will be refunded, minus the market price for a course manual if one has been sent to the student. The price of the course manual will not be deducted from the refund if the book is returned to Italian Wine Central unused and in the same condition that you received it. After 30 days from the purchase date or once the student begins the course, Italian Wine Central is under no obligation to refund any portion of the amount paid.

At our sole discretion, Italian Wine Central may offer other alternatives to a refund such as an exchange to a different course, transfer of the course to a different individual, etc., which the payer and/or student may accept or reject.

Purchases of course extensions, proctor fees, and other fees for special services are nonrefundable.
