- Pelaverga (Rd, RdSw): 100% Pelaverga
- Quagliano (RdSw): 100% Quagliano
SPARKLING WINES
- Spumante (RdSpSw): 100% Quagliano
Significant Production Rules
- Maximum vineyard elevation: 750 m (2,460 ft)
- Minimum alcohol level: 5.5% for Quagliano (11.0% potential); 7.0% for Spumante (11.0% potential); 11.5% for Rosso and Pelaverga; 12.0% for Barbera and Chatus
- Aging: For Chatus, minimum 12 months (ERD = November 1, V+1)
