WHITE WINES
  • Bianco (Wh, WhFr): Minimum 55% Chardonnay + OANWG
  • Chardonnay (Wh, WhFr): Minimum 85% Chardonnay + OANWG
ROSATO WINES
  • Rosato (Ro, RoFr): Minimum 65% Negroamaro + OANRG
RED WINES
  • Rosso (Rd): Minimum 65% Negroamaro + OANRG
  • Negroamaro (Rd): Minimum 85% Negroamaro + OANRG
  • Novello (Rosso)
  • Riserva (Negroamaro)

Significant Production Rules:
  • Minimum alcohol level: 11.0% for Bianco and Chardonnay; 11.5% for Rosato; 12.0% for Rosso, Negroamaro, and Novello; 12.5% for Riserva
  • Residual sugar: Maximum 10 g/l (1.0%) for Novello
  • Aging: For Riserva, minimum 2 years, including 6 months in barrel (ERD = December 1, V+2)
