RED WINES
  • Rosso (Rd): Minimum 85% Primitivo + OANRG
  • Riserva (Rosso)

Significant Production Rules:
  • Minimum alcohol level: 13.5% for Rosso; 14.0% for Riserva
  • Residual sugar: Maximum 18 g/l (1.8%)
  • Aging: For Rosso, minimum approx. 5 months (ERD = March 31, V+1); for Riserva, minimum 24 months, including 9 months in barrel (ERD = March 31, V+2)
