ROSATO WINES
  • Rosato (Ro, RoFr, RoSw, RoFrSw): Any proportions of red grape varieties approved for the province of Caserta
  • Varietals (Ro, RoFr, RoSw, RoFrSw): Minimum 85% of any one of the allowed red grape varieties + OARG
RED WINES

  • Residual sugar: Maximum 8 g/l (0.8%) for dry versions of Bianco and Rosato; maximum 10 g/l (1.0%) for Rosso secco
