- Superiore (Bianco)

- Spumante (WhSp, WhSpSw): Minimum 95% Vermentino + OANWG
DESSERT AND SPECIALTY WINES
- Vendemmia Tardiva (Wh, WhSw): Minimum 95% Vermentino + OANWG
- Passito (Wh, WhSw): Minimum 95% Vermentino + OANWG
Significant Production Rules
- Maximum vineyard elevation: 500 m (1,640 ft)
- Grapes for Passito must be dried on or off the vine to achieve a minimum potential alcohol level of 15.5%
- Spumante wines may undergo a second fermentation in bottles or autoclaves
- Minimum alcohol level: 10.5% for Bianco frizzante and Spumante; 12.0% for Bianco tranquillo; 13.0% for Superiore; 14.0% for Passito (15.0% potential)
- Residual sugar: Spumante can range from dry (secco) to dolce
- Aging: For Bianco frizzante and autoclave-made Spumante, approx. 2–3 months (ERD = December 1, V); Bianco tranquillo, Superiore, and Vendemmia Tardiva, minimum approx. 2–4 months (ERD = January 15, V+1); for Passito, minimum approx. 6 months (ERD = May 1, V+1); for Spumante Metodo Classico, minimum 9 months on the lees (ERD approx. August 1, V+1)
