WHITE WINES
- Bianco (Wh): Minimum 60% Chardonnay + OANWG
RED WINES
- Rosso (Rd): Minimum 60% Croatina, Merlot, and/or Nebbiolo + OANRG
- Nebbiolo (Rd): Minimum 85% Nebbiolo + OANRG
- Superiore (Nebbiolo)
Significant Production Rules
- Vineyard elevation: Minimum 160 m (525 ft); maximum 1,000 m (3,280 ft)
- Minimum alcohol level: 11.0% for Bianco, Rosso, and Nebbiolo; 11.5% for Superiore
- Aging: For Superiore, minimum 13 months, including 6 months in barrel (ERD = December 1, V+1)
